This meeting will be an interactive conversation with law enforcement and cybersecurity experts related to business owners.
Sergeant Blessen Mathew is a sergeant in the Philadelphia Police Department (PPD). He holds the distinction of being the first South Indian (specifically Malayalee, from the Kerala community in India) to achieve the rank of sergeant in the department's history.
He was promoted to corporal in 2022, becoming the first South Indian police supervisor in PPD history at that time.
He advanced to sergeant in 2024.
